Richard J. Hinds, a graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy, is a NYC/London based Director and Choreographer. He served as the Associate on the Broadway and West End productions of Titanique, Elf, Company, Come From Away, Disney's Newsies, Jekyll and Hyde, Il Divo: A Musical Affair as well as the National Theatre’s production of Here Lies Love. He also worked on the National/UK Tours of 9 to 5, Disney’s High School Musical and David Walliams’ Demon Dentist and Awful Auntie.
Richard's directing and choreography credits include Escape to Margaritaville (BroadwayWorld “Best Direction of a Musical”), Come From Away, La Cage aux Folles, Footloose, The Drowsy Chaperone, Guys and Dolls, Buddy, Tootsie, Jersey Boys, Holiday Inn, How to Succeed…, Fame, Evita, Mamma Mia!, Saturday Night Fever, Little Shop of Horrors, Cabaret, Chicago, Hairspray, Joseph… Dreamcoat, The Sound of Music, All Shook Up, Catch Me If You Can, Newsies!, Smokey Joe’s Cafe, The Fantasticks, Forever Plaid, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Sweet Charity, The Rocky Horror Show and Pump Boys and Dinettes.
Richard’s television credits include Encore! (Disney+), Bring It!, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade,Macy’s Commercial, America's Got Talent,Good Afternoon America (featuring Liza Minnelli), and The Bethenny Show (featuring Coco Austin).
Richard has directed and choreographed shows and events for Viking Cruises, Azamara Cruises, Sephora, Samsung, Hershey Park, Oath, 54 Below as well as numerous events for BC/EFA (Red Bucket Follies, Broadway Bares, Easter Bonnet).A Pittsburgh native with dual degrees in Theatre and Business from Marymount Manhattan College, Jarrett began his career at Binder Casting and rose to his current role at ARC. His recent credits include Disney’s The Lion King, Othello (starring Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal), Romeo & Juliet (A.R.T.), The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes and My Best Friend’s Wedding and Little Shop of Horrors at Ogunquit Playhouse. Combining creative insight with business acumen, Jarrett continues to shape high-profile theatrical productions.

Rachel Leigh Dolan (she/her) is a highly sought-after choreographer, director, and educator known for her bold musicality, emotional depth, and collaborative spirit. With over two decades of experience, she has choreographed numerous professional productions across stage, screen, and live events earning multiple industry awards, including two Helen Hayes Awards for Outstanding Choreography. A few of her favorite credits include BYE BYE BIRDIE at the Kennedy Center, STAGE MOTHER (A new musical), Dance Lab New York, and working alongside some of the best dancers and creatives in the industry on various labs, workshops, and collaborations.
Rachel has been teaching for more than 20 years and is widely recognized as an inspiring and impactful mentor to the next generation of performers. She’s as passionate in the classroom as she is in the rehearsal studio, bringing a balance of precision, artistry, and heart to every space she leads.
She is a proud member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, as well as an adjunct faculty member at Pace University’s Sands College of Performing Arts.

He is the founder and creative director of the Casting Collaborative, as well as the founder of the Caucus for Independent Casting.
He and his colleagues place an emphasis on creating an environment for teams, producers, and performers to effectively put together exemplary groups of collaborative artists in order for a project to align its mission with its vision. All the while never sacrificing the humanity of the process.
He cast such projects as the Tony Award Best Musical A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder (Broadway, 1st National Tour, and 2nd National Tour), the hit Off-Broadway comedy Puffs, Or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic, the national tours of Anastasia, Fiddler on the Roof and The King & I, Josh Prince’s breakthrough Dance Lab NY (FKA, Broadway Dance Lab), the recent STC productions of Frankenstein (directed and adapted by Emily Burns) and The Lehman Trilogy (directed by Arin Arbus), the international tour of West Side Story, Magic Mike Live in both Las Vegas and London (alongside Channing Tatum & Alison Faulk), Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella (National Tour), Dames at Sea (Broadway), The Lion King (Broadway & National Tour), Irving Berlin’s White Christmas (National Tour), Trip of Love (Off-Broadway), Nice Work If You Can Get It (Broadway), and for over 15 different productions for the prestigious New York City Center Encores! series., from Merrily We Roll Along (starring Lin Manuel Miranda, 2012) to Cabin in the Sky (his first foray into stage collaboration with Camille A. Brown, 2016). He has worked with such directors and choreographers as Darko Tresnjak, Camille A. Brown, Josh Prince, Warren Carlyle, Josh Bergasse, Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Marc Bruni, Casey Nicholaw, Kathleen Marshall, Josh Rhodes, John Doyle, Randy Skinner, and James Lapine — amongst many, many others. Other credits include Hartford Stage, New York Philharmonic, the York Theatre Company, Shakespeare Theatre Company (DC), Houston Broadway Theatre, San Francisco Symphony, Theatre Under the Stars (TUTS), TUTS Underground, Queensbury Theatre, Florida Studio Theatre, and various other theatres.

Krystyna Resavy is a New York based choreographer, creative, and dance educator. She is honored to be the recipient of the 2025 Mike Ockrent Fellowship, and to serve as Ellenore Scott's assistant choreographer on the Broadway Revival of Ragtime at Lincoln Center Theater. She also served as Christopher Gattelli's assistant on The Cher Show on Broadway.
Recent choreography credits include CNN New Years Eve Live with Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper, The Bodyguard (Engeman Theater, dir. Hunter Foster) Swingtime Canteen and Annie (Sharon Playhouse, dir. Carl Andress), South Pacific (Engeman Theater), Sharon Playhouse's Spotlight Gala (direction and choreography), True North: The Musical (workshop), and The Prom (Sharon Playhouse) directed by artistic director Carl Andress and starring Kate Baldwin.
Additional choreography credits include Guys and Dolls and The Wedding Singer at New London Barn Playhouse, Samsung’s Launch Event Move With Galaxy featuring Diplo and Gwen Stefani, Steps in Concert at the Joyce Theater, Onstage New York Gala (Opening Number), Leg Up On Life benefitting The Trevor Project (Sony Hall, HK Hall), New York City Dance Alliance, The Brearley School, and more.
Krystyna is currently on the Theater Jazz faculty at Steps on Broadway and Jazz faculty at the Steps on Broadway Academy. She is on the guest faculty for New York City Dance Alliance.
Gabi Simmons has lived in New York City since 2015, with roots in Massachusetts, Ohio and Florida. Her creative career began on the elementary school playground, directing her friends in plays at recess, and she has never looked back. Gabi brings a diverse range of experience as an actor, teacher, and director; recently she served as the assistant director of West Side Story at Opera Columbus.
Gabi toured internationally with West Side Story and had the opportunity to perform in over 15 countries, including Japan, India and Thailand. Additional favorite performance credits include Peter Pan, R & H’s State Fair, and Christmas Celebration at Busch Gardens.
On the creative side, Gabi has assistant & associate directed and choreographed numerous shows including West Side Story, The Bard at Bristow, Spring Awakening, Evita, Seussical, Once on this Island, Mary Poppins, Shrek and The Little Mermaid and Matilda (upcoming).
Throughout each project, Gabi leads with kindness and strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel seen, respected and empowered to do their best work in the room.

Join us for a Swing & Dance Captain Workshop with Phil Colgan! Phil will bring his knowledge and background from working on shows like Hamilton and &Juliet (Broadway) to the studio to coach artists through the skills needed to fulfill these jobs. Come ready to dance, learn, and ask questions!

Phil Colgan is a choreographer, performer, and dance educator born and raised in NYC. A graduate of NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Phil won a pre-show on-stage dance contest at the Broadway revival of GREASE in 1997 and hasn’t shut up about it since.
Phil was the Associate Choreographer of NEW YORK, NEW YORK on Broadway, directed and choreographed by Susan Stroman (Outer Critics Circle Award winner for Best Choreography; Tony and Drama Desk nominations). A finalist for The Capezio Award for Choreographic Excellence and a recipient of The Emerging Theater Artist Award from The Theater Hall of Fame, Phil’s other choreography credits include JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (The REV), the LGBTQIA+ reimagining of THE WIZARD OF OZ (Geva Theater), GREASE (The REV), CATCH ME IF YOU CAN (NYU Skirball); numerous music videos including “Days Gone By” by Midlake (starring Ted Lasso’s James Lance), “Ready to Be Loved (Dance Remix)” and “I’m a Star (Dance Remix)”; and special events like BROADWAY BARES, including staging Nicole Scherzinger’s surprise performance of her hit song “Buttons” in 2025. Phil was also Associate Director/Choreographer to Joshua Bergasse for the new musical WORLD’S GREATEST LOVER that premiered at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
As a performer, Phil’s Broadway credits include & JULIET (Swing, Dance Captain) and HAMILTON (Charles Lee). Phil was also a universal swing across HAMILTON’s five North American companies, and spent two years as co-dance captain opening the show’s Philip Company national tour in 2018. Phil was swing & dance captain of the Off-Broadway premiere of Andy Blankenbuehler’s ONLY GOLD at MCC, and performed in shows regionally at Paper Mill Playhouse, Maine State Music Theater, The Fulton, Ogunquit Playhouse, Gateway Playhouse, and The REV. Phil has also performed with iLUMINATE: ARTIST OF LIGHT, in industrial and symphony performances, in the opening number of THE TONY AWARDS at Radio City Music Hall, and on TV in THE MACY’S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE and THE DREW BARRYMORE SHOW.
